We provide 1:1 coaching for nonprofit leaders and emerging changemakers navigating burnout, new roles, or big transitions. We also offer support in building community-rooted programs, fundraising strategies, and equitable teams.
This isn’t therapy—it’s real-world support for leaders doing hard things. This session is a space to reflect, reset, and move forward with clarity. Coaching is offered at a flat rate and can be booked online—no long-term commitment, just grounded support when you need it.

We help you create community engagement strategies that actually build trust. From social media messaging to accessible event planning, we’ll help you connect in ways that are respectful, real, and lasting.
Before our session, you’ll send over any outreach or strategy materials you’re using now. We'll review them ahead of time so that when we meet (flat-rate consult, no strings), we can jump right into what’s working, what’s not, and go over a built strategy that truly reflects your goals and values. This is a focused, collaborative space to get you moving in the right direction.
